Piso muy luminoso y exterior en el centro de Vigo. Baño reformado recientemente con ducha integrada, wc, bidé y mueble de lavabo nuevos. está todo en buen estado y bien decorado. Cada una de las habitaciones cuenta con armario ropero empotrado, con barra de colgar y cajones interiores. La cocina es amplia y tiene lavavajillas, placa inducción, frigorífico, horno, microondas, sandwichera, cafetera. También tiene una terraza para la lavadora donde se puede colgar la ropa.
Está situado en una céntrica zona de la ciudad, muy bien comunicada.
El vecindario es seguro y sus gentes son tranquilas.
Cuenta con parada de autobús urbano y al CUVI a menos de dos minutos. También cuenta con farmacia y supermercados en dos minutos.
La zona de ocio nocturno está a menos de diez minutos. Con bares de copas de diferentes estilos y salas de conciertos.
A cinc minutos tenemos Vialia, con estación de tren y de autobuses. El Centro comercial, cuenta con gimnasio, hipermercado, gran variedad de tiendas de ropa, calzado, deportes... y de restaurantes de todo tipo, además tiene una sala de cine Premium .
En la parte superior, tenemos también una zona recreativa con pistas de baloncesto, skate, tirolinas...y un ascensor que comunica la ciudad.
