Los pisos son super bonitos, todo con ventanas al exterior, terraza grande, internet, calefacción, electrodomésticos (dos neveras).
En el precio están incluidos los gastos mensuales (agua, luz, calefacción, internet ) también ponemos ropa de cama y baño que se deberá devolver en perfectas condiciones.
Zona de Cabral con todos los servicios, mercado, farmacia, banco, etc. muy bien comunicada, con bus urbano a quince minutos de la UNI y del centro.
