Cozy room in five room apartment perfectly fits for students ;) All bills included into the PRICE! Cozy lockable room in five-room apartment in Vilnius, with great communication to the city center and universities, you can check up on the map how close are all facilities you need, shops, sport clubs etc.. All rooms are rented to students (owner doesn’t live in the apartment). Apartment and the room is fully furnished. All bills are included into the price. We pay for heating, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, so you just need to pay a rent and enjoy your stay in Vilnius.

Cancellation policies
Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable
