Gorgeous spacious and quiet flat at the top floor in the heart of an iconic neighbourhood Saska Kępa. Next to the famous Francuska street, buzzing with lovely restaurants and cafes. Super safe and cosy. Less than ten min by Uber to get to the very centre of the city, amazingly connected with public communication that takes you to the city centre. A fifteen min walk from a national Stadium and a beautiful Park Skaryszewski, ideal for sports activities and walks. The flat has also access to a private parking spot and has an AC and private balcony.
There’s a lift in the building so no need to walk four floors.
