Easy communication with public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well communicated with schools and universities for instance to Vistula, SGH, WUT, Lazarski University, SGGW, Warsaw University. There are several parks nearby with summer weekly events like public picnic Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) each Sunday in the park just two minutes walk from the building.

Apartment building is located in a quiet street, surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest or study. Everything you need within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, well equipped gyms, bike paths, cinema. Windows in the building are sound-proof which makes the building very quiet despite convenient proximity of main streets (Puławska street, Al. Niepodległości), Metro, trams, and buses. Kitchen is fully furnished - oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, plates etc. You can also rent one of the rooms in this flat. In such a case the other person will be of the same sex (unless you prefer otherwise of course). For instance - if a girl reserves first room, then we also a girl will be invited to the other.
Apart from several 2-bedroom apartments we have single rooms for rent in the same building and studio flats in this building and in another part of Warsaw so do not hesitate to ask if there is more than one or two people to accommodate.
What we liked the most
2-bedroom apartment for rent near Metro Wilanowska. Flat consists of 2 lockable bedrooms newly renovated and furnished. One of the rooms has access to a balcony which enables you to have a coffee or breakfast in the fresh air.
Things to keep in mind
Close to city centre (just 9 minutes with Metro/subway) but also close to several parks, and various nice events like Targ Śniadaniowy ( Breakfast Market) each Sunday just 1 minute walk from the apartment. Staying here you can enjoy convenient public transport (metro, many trams and buses) and proximity to the centre, but still you can rest in this quiet and peaceful building in prestigious part of Upper Mokotów

Only 3 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk to tram stop in Puławska, 9 minutes with Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (so called Mordor) and to Galeria Mokotów.
