Apartment building is located in a quiet street, surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest or study. Everything you need within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, 2 well equipped gyms, bike paths, cinema, shopping centers, several Biedronka shops, convenience grocery shops next building etc. Windows in the building are sound-proof which makes the building very quiet despite convenient proximity of main streets (Puławska street, Al. Niepodległości), Metro, trams, and buses.
What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
This room is for a girl as it is in girls-only flat. It is fully furnished and nicely decorated room with a garden view - near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw. Prime location: Warsaw Upper Mokotów, near Metro Wilanowska and Puławska street, close to Galeria Mokotów, and Mordor. Only 3 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk to tram stop in Puławska, 9 minutes with Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (so called Mordor) and to Galeria Mokotów.
Apartment consists of 4 bedrooms (one of the rooms has 2 beds, so maximum 5 girls live in that flat). Our guests are mostly international students /professionals who appreciate excellent location, standard of this place, cleanliness and warmness.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Our tenants may use a huge bathroom with a laundry machine, standing drying racks, bidet (girls love it !!!), shower, and shelves for everybody + there is additional shower room + additional toilet. Kitchen is modern and fully furnished: oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, plates etc. Each room is bright and sunny, has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with real bed , big wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair.
There is an extra door between rooms and kitchen to ensure your good sleep. Apartment is located on a first floor (so one floor above the ground floor) with a lovely garden view from each rooms' windows. Easy access with public transport to all parts of Warsaw.
What we liked the most
Regular cleaning of common areas is included in price with no extra cost for you, however please note that all tenants are expected to clean after each use of a kitchen or a bathroom and we invite the people who 1) like cleanliness and who are willing to contribute to maintaining flat clean and 2) who like quiet home allowing to rest or study in peace. There is fast internet (wi-fi) in the building available free of charge.

Please note, that:
1) As in case of all shared flats it is very important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness in the flat, this is monitored and executed in our properties. If you and brush or a vacuum cleaner are not on a friendly terms, maybe this is not the best offer for you 😊. Only our tenants sleep here so no sleep-overs of non-tenants are accepted.
2) All our buildings are clean, quiet and peaceful places, no parties or making noise is allowed here. Warsaw offers a lot of places where you can meet with friends.
3) We offer places where you can come home and enjoy your rest here in good atmosphere. All our accommodations are safe, monitored, quiet and peaceful places. We invite in particular these young people who declare to comply with the above rules, who like clean and quiet space and who are willing to contribute to maintaining it this way.

Very well communicated with schools and universities for instance to Vistula, SGH, Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Lazarski University, SGGW, Warsaw University. There is also a direct tram No 18 to Kozminski University, There are several parks nearby with summer weekly events like public picnic Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) each Sunday in the park just two minutes walk from the building where people enjoy delicious food from numerous foodtrucks .
