The apartment is quiet, well maintained, clean and tidy, fully furnished and equipped. It consists of six single rooms, 3 bathrooms, fully fitted modern kitchen with all appliances, e.g., full size oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, plates etc. It is located on a lower ground floor in excellent and very safe neighbourhood of this prestigious part of Warsaw.
We enjoy here excellent public transport (metro, buses, trams), convinient proximity of the main Warsaw's streets, many restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, fitness centers, swimming pool nearby, etc.
Each room is bright and sunny, has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with comfortable single bed , wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair. Each room has a huge window with garden almost coming to your room. You even may grow your own herbs behind the window if you feel like it :)
You will be living with friendly and easy going people - young student/professionals (20-30 y.o.)
The apartment is located in a building surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest or study if you like. Please note, all our guests are required to participate in maintaining cleanliness in the flat. This is a peaceful place - so we invite in particular these people who like clean spaces and quiet home.
