What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Lockable room for 1 person, a girl, in an apartment consisting of 4 bedrooms . Right now only girls live in the remaining 3 rooms in that flat, therefore a girl is preferred also in this room. Location: close to city centre (just 9 minutes by Metro) but also close to several parks, and various nice events like Targ Śniadaniowy ( Breakfast Market) each Sunday just 1 minute walk from the apartment. Here you can enjoy very convenient public transport (metro, many trams and buses) and proximity to the city centre. Our guests are mostly international students /professionals who appreciate excellent location, standard of this place, safety, cleanliness and warmness.
What we liked the most
The apartment is newly renovated, fully furnished and equipped. It has 4 rooms, tenants may use a huge bathroom with a laundry machine, standing drying racks, bidet (girls love it !!!), shower, and comfortable shelves for everybody + there is a separate shower + separate toilet.
Kitchen is fully fitted, modern with all necessary appliances: oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, plates etc.
All rooms in this apartment have a garden view (our tenants like to spend time in our garden). Each room is bright and sunny, has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with real beds , big wardrobes, bookshelves, desks, chairs. There is an extra door between rooms and kitchen to ensure your good sleep.
There is a fast internet in the apartment with no extra charge.
Things to keep in mind
Regular cleaning of shared parts of the flat is covered by the owner and is free of charge for you but please keep in mind that everybody is required to clean after yourself, current tenants like to keep the flat really clean and nice, and we invite those who share the same attitude.
We have more single rooms as well as 2-bedroom apartments and studios in the same building and in other locations in Warsaw - so don't hesitate to ask if you need accommodation for more people.

Please note, that:
1) As in case of all shared flats it is very important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness in the flat, this is monitored and executed in our properties. If you and brush or a vacuum cleaner are not on a friendly terms, maybe this is not the best offer for you 😊. Only our tenants sleep here so no sleep-overs of non-tenants are accepted.
2) All our buildings are clean, quiet and peaceful places, no parties or making noise is allowed here. Warsaw offers a lot of places where you can meet with friends.
3) We offer places where you can come home and enjoy your rest here in good atmosphere. All our accommodations are safe, monitored, quiet and peaceful places. We invite in particular these young people who declare to comply with the above rules, who like clean and quiet space and who are willing to contribute to maintaining it this way.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
