- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- Spotahome guaranteeIf the landlord cancels your booking 48 hours before your move in date, we will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full.

Dear tenants, please make your booking requests according to the calendar, if you fail to do so your booking will not be accepted by the landlord.**
We rent to students and young professionals.
Deposit 1 monthly rent: monthly rent + the bills (300PLN or 500 PLN depends on the apartment).
- Please note the days on the calendar!
- Payments are due by the 1st of every month.
- Check-in 14:00
- Check out 14:00
- Insurance fee 50 PLN, payable once at the beginning.
- Deposit required at the time of signing the contract. Refundable at the end of the month, all depends on the condition of the accommodation.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
