BEFORE PLACING THE BOOKING PLEASE READ IT.
***If you book a room for summer stay (May to Aug) the min stay is 30 days. If you book a property for academic year stay ( from September onwards) , the min stay is 9 months. This means, if you book a summer stay, you can't stay at the property after 1st September, unless, you want to stay for the whole academic year.***
- Insurance- covers any damages Year/ 45PLN.
- The landlord prefers tenants up to 30 years old.
- If you want to move in on Saturday or Sunday, the LL requests + 100PLN to do the check-in during the weekend.
