Single room, lockable, near Metro Wilanowska subway station in Warsaw's Mokotów District.
The flat is located on lower ground floor, it is quiet, well maintained and clean. It consists of six single rooms , three bathrooms, kitchen with appliances and kitchenware . Our tenants are kind and polite, mostly students or young working professionals.
An ideal place for people who value cleanliness, peacefulness, quiet home, and at the same time closeness to everything.
We are only four minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska subway station, one min. walk to tram/bus stops in Puławska str. (going to the centre and other districts), walking distance to the Mokotow office district (wittily called Mordor) and to Westfield Mokotow shopping mall. Excellent location, easy connection by public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well connected with universities, e.g., Lazarski University (walking distance), Vistula University (two metro stations), Warsaw School of Economics - SGH and Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW (three metro stations), Warsaw University of Technology - Politechnika Warszawska (four metro stations ), University of Warsaw (twenty five mins).
Please note that as in any shared flat it is important to maintain clean home, and respect flatmates.
