What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Hello 🙂 I have a fully fitted single room in the high-standard shared apartment for rent. The apartment is located in the central borough Śródmieście, Solidarności Street. The lockable, adjustable room, big windows, door without glass.
AREA: CH Arkadia (Ten min by car or public transport) - where there is absolutely everything :) Gym, Carrefour, MediaExpert, Empik, Pharmacies, Banks, Pepco, Rossmann, Laundry, Shoemaker, CCC, Hebe, H&M, Intersport, iSpot, Orange, Play, Poczta Polska, RTVEuroAGD, SMYK, TK MAX, Vision Express, Grycan, Zdrofit, restaurants and cafes;

Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- Spotahome guaranteeIf the landlord cancels your booking 48 hours before your move in date, we will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full.
- 24 hours to check your new homeIf the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24 hours so that we can work to resolve it.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
