Windows in the building are sound-proof which makes the building very quiet despite convenient proximity of main streets (Puławska street, Al. Niepodległości), Metro, trams, and buses. Fast internet is available in the building with no extra charge. Apart from single rooms we have several 2-bedroom apartments for rent in the same building as well as studio flats in Mokotów and in other Warsaw's location so do not hesitate to ask if there is more than one or two people to accommodate.

Fully furnished and nicely decorated room for a girl in a two-bedroom flat near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw. It is clean and well maintained. It has two single, separate, lockable rooms, kitchen with a kitchen table and a bathroom . You will have just one neighbour, a lovely, nice girl. Our tenants are young and friendly people, international, nice and easy-going, mostly students.
Prime location: Warsaw Upper Mokotów, near Metro Wilanowska and Puławska street, close to shopping mall Wakefield Mokotów.
Only four minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, two minutes walk to tram stop in Puławska street, ten minutes with Metro to city center.

Fully furnished and nicely decorated room for a girl in a 2-bedroom apartment near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw. The apartment is clean and well maintained, fully furnished and equipped. It has 2 single, separate, lockable bedrooms, kitchen with a kitchen table and a bathroom - all just for 2 people.
Kitchen is fully fitted, with all necessary appliances: oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, plates etc. The room has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with real comfortable bed , big wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair. Apartment is located on a first floor with a garden view from the window.
Things to keep in mind
Apartment building is located in a quiet street, surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest or study. Everything you need within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, 2 well equipped gyms, bike paths, cinema, shopping centers, several Biedronka shops, convenience grocery shops next building etc

Only 3 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk to tram stop in Puławska, 9 minutes with Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (so called Mordor) and to Galeria Mokotów.
Easy communication with public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well communicated with schools and universities for instance to Vistula, SGH, Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Lazarski University, SGGW, Warsaw University. There is also a direct tram No 18 to Kozminski University, There are several parks nearby with summer weekly events like public picnic Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) each Sunday in the park just two minutes walk from the building where people enjoy delicious food from numerous foodtrucks and meet friends .
