If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. The contract is to be signed and the deposit paid at least 1 month before the check in date to secure your booking.
This landlord follows a different payment timeline to the one you will receive. Your first 30 days rent, paid via Spotahome will cover the first full month's rent, not the rent from the check in date.

- Apartments and studios - monthly rent plus 1,000 ZL
The bills are paid monthly and include admin fees, electric, water, gas and wifi. Bills for rooms are 400ZL per month and if any higher than usual usage occurs the additional amount will be taken from your deposit.
For apartments and studios the bills are an additional cost, based on usage, admin fees, etc. A breakdown will be provided by the landlord.
