If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. This landlord follows a different payment timeline to the one you will receive. Your first 30 days rent, paid via Spotahome will cover the first full month's rent, not the rent from the check in date.

The bills are paid monthly and include admin fees, electric, water, gas and wifi. Bills for rooms are 400ZL per month and if any higher than usual usage occurs the additional amount will be taken from your deposit.
For apartments and studios the bills are an additional cost, based on usage, admin fees, etc. A breakdown will be provided by the landlord.
