Dear Tenant please book your stay for the whole semester until the end of January of February.

Weekly cleaning of the common areas at a cost of 50 pln and cleaning after the stay of the rooms at a cost of 200 pln.

There is an admin fee that needs to be provided to the LL.
Fixed Amount - The admin fee will be a set value irregardless of the length of booking.
The price changes depending on the duration of the stay. Especially for a shorter stay.
The Landlord requires payment of security deposit at signing of contract. The deposit needs to be paid at signing of the contract, after the booking has been confirmed.
