- We book fortnightly. Meaning contract can start on 1st or 16th day of the month. And they can end on 15th or last day of the month.
- Self check-in. You will receive all access codes and instructions before arrival. Check-in is possible at any time Admin FEE
Includes following services: - contract preparation, - Translation of the contract to English, - Room preparation with set of bed linen, - Payment for airport transfer from Chopin airport or place where are you staying in Warsaw to your new flat, - Issuing all necessary documents required to obtain PESEL number or „zameldowanie”, - representing you in communications with flat owner. - Taking care of keeping flat in good technical condition for use when issues arise, and they are not tenant fault. - Cleaning service that comes once every two months to clean the kitchen and bathroom - There is a weekly tidiness control that is carried out by sending a video of bathroom and kitchen to the landlord. Each week different room is responsible for sending the video. So in 3 person apartment it will be Your responsibility once every 3 weeks.
