Landlord policies
TENANTS ARE OBLIGED TO PAY THE ADMIN FEE TO THE LANDLORD DIRECTLY.
The admin fee is 100% of the monthly rent.
If you rent for 1–2 months only, e.g. July – August, there is NO admin fee.
Booking rules:
* After the booking is accepted, the tenant is required to pay 50% of the security deposit to the owner by bank transfer. The remaining 50% is payable on arrival.
* A refundable security deposit is required.
* All tenants participate in keeping the house clean.
* Final cleaning – 450 PLN (including cleaning, washing bed linen, etc.).
* Tenants can do self check-in to the flat at any time.
Admin Fee Includes:
* Assistance in choosing the most suitable accommodation
* Translation of the rental contract into English
* Fresh bed linen prepared for your arrival
* Help with organizing the most convenient transportation from any airport to the house
* Providing essential household items (dishes, plates, utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, iron, vacuum cleaner)
* Issuing all documents required to obtain a PESEL number or house registration
* Representation and communication with the flat owner or any administration on your behalf
* Ensuring the apartment remains in good technical condition throughout your stay, including small repairs caused by normal use, and replacing used items such as light bulbs, vacuum bags, shower curtains, etc.
