What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Single room for a girl in girls-only flat. It is fully furnished, with a terrace. Prime location: Warsaw Mokotów, only four minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, two minutes walk to tram/bus stop in Puławska street, ten minutes by Metro to city center, walking distance to the business centre in Domaniewska (wittily called Mordor) and to shopping mall Wakefield Mokotów. All you need within walking distance.
Apartment consists of four bedrooms (one of rooms has two beds, so maximum five girls live in that flat) Our guests are international students or young professionals who appreciate standard of this place, cleanliness and location. We are known for cleanliness, quietness and safety of this place.

What we liked the most
It is located on a lower ground floor. Our guests are mostly international students who can appreciate excellent location, standard of this place and warmness. Location: close to city centre (just 9 minutes by Metro) but also close to several parks, and various nice events like a public picnic Targ Śniadaniowy ( Breakfast Market) each Sunday just 1 minute walk from the apartment.
Staying here you can enjoy convenient communicaton and proximity to the centre, but still you can rest in peace and quiet of this prestigious part of Upper Mokotów. We are only 3 minutes walk from Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk from tram stop in Puławska street (going to the centre or other parts of Warsaw), walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (so called Mordor) and to Galeria Mokotów shopping mall (one of the nicest in Warsaw). Excellent location, easy communication with public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well communicated with schools and universities.
The apartment is located in a building surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest. Kitchen is fully furnished - oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, plates etc. Apart from single rooms we have several 2-bedroom apartments for rent in the same building and both rooms and studio flats in other locations, so do not hesitate to ask if there is more than one or two people to accommodate.
