Modern private rooms, in a shared student apartment, next to the Metro station and close the city centre. Most of our tenants are English speaking Erasmus students & young professionals from different European countries.
The flat is a few minutes walk from Metro Wilanowska. You can reach the city centre 'Centrum' in a few metro stops.
Each room is furnished with: a comfortable desk, chair, sofa bed and wardrobe. There is a kitchen with a huge fridge, a small dining area, two toilets, and one shower. There is also a washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
The neighbourhood is called 'Mokotow', one of the largest and most popular neighbourhoods in Warsaw, known for being green and safe. The area consists mainly of residential buildings where young people & families reside, and is also home to several universities, shopping malls and corporate offices.
Each room is furnished and equipped with: a comfortable desk, chair, sofa bed and wardrobe. The apartment is ~60m2 in total, with 5 private separate rooms, a kitchen with a huge fridge, a small dining area, 2 toilets and 1 shower. There is also a washing machine and vacuum cleaner. There is also a lockable basement storage unit, where tenants can store their suitcases (located 3 minutes away from your room). The apartment has high-speed wifi.
The flat was completely renovated in 2019. And In late January 2023, the flat is repainted and refreshed.
