What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Double, lockable room for 2 people (with 2 single beds) . Right now only girls live in the remaining 3 single rooms in that flat, so girls are preferred also in this room.
Our guests are mostly international students /professionals who appreciate excellent location, standard of this place, safety, cleanliness and warmness.
The apartment is newly renovated, fully furnished and equipped. It has 4 rooms, tenants may use a huge bathroom with a laundry machine, standing drying racks, bidet (girls love it !!!), shower, and comfortable shelves for everybody + there is a separate shower + separate toilet.
Kitchen is fully fitted, modern with all necessary appliances: oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, plates etc.
There is a fast internet in the apartment with no extra charge. We have more single rooms as well as 2-bedroom apartments and studios in the same building and in other locations in Warsaw - so don't hesitate to ask if you need accommodation for more people.
Regular cleaning of shared parts of the flat is covered by the owner and is free of charge for you but please keep in mind that everybody is required to clean after yourself, current tenants like to keep the flat really clean and nice, and we invite those who share the same attitude.

- No smoking allowed in the flat, no pets. Our guests are asked to respect others' right to peace and quiet at home. We all like parties but we all party outside as Warsaw has so much to offer and so many places to have fun! We come home to rest :)
