What this property offers?
What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
One place/one bed for a girl in shared ,double, lockable room for two girls (room with two single beds, two wardrobes, two desks) . Girls-only flat. You will share a room with another girl, kind and polite person. We are three min. walk to Metro Wilanowska (subway station). It takes ten min. by metro to get to center. Trams/bus stops are one min walk. There is a garden around the house.
The flat is quiet, well maintained, clean. It has f rooms, a huge bathroom with a laundry machine, drying racks, bidet (girls love it !!!), shower+ there is an additional shower + toilet. Four-five girls may live here.
Kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, plates, cups etc
Our guests are mostly international students who appreciate excellent location, cleanliness, standard, safety and quietness of this place
Fast internet is included in rent. We have more rooms and studio flats in this building and in other locations in Warsaw - so feel free to ask if you need accommodation for more people.
Weekly cleaning of shared parts is covered by the owner but please keep in mind that everybody is required to clean after yourself after you use a bathroom or a kitchen, our tenants like to keep the flat really clean and we invite those who share the same attitude.
