Room in a two-bedroom flat, located near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw. The flat is clean and well maintained. It consists of two lockable rooms, bathroom and small kitchen with a dining table. You will have just one neighbour, living in the second room.
Top Warsaw's Location: prestigious Mokotow District, four minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, two minutes walk to tram/bus stops in Puławska street, ten minutes by Metro to city center, walking distance to shopping mall Westfield Mokotow and to the Mokotow office centre (wittily called Mordor). Easy access by public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Well connected with schools and universities, e.g, with Vistula, SGH, WUT, walking distance to Lazarski University. There are several parks nearby with weekly events like foodies' event Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) each Sunday just two minutes walk from us.
Property is surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest. Everything you need within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, gyms.
Like in any shared flat it is important that all tenants participate in maintaining cleanliness in the flat, and do not make noise here.

What we liked the most
Cosy and room n a 2-bedroom apartment with a girl in the second room – near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw. The apartment is clean and well maintained.
It consists of 2 separate, lockable bedrooms, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It is not large, but it has everything you need.
Both rooms are lockable. You have just one neighbour. If a girl rents the first room, we invite also girl to the other as this is mostly girls' preference. The other room is rented currently by a very nice girl.
The flat is just for two people who may enjoy their privacy there. All windows are sound proof and theft proof, thanks to which it is a very quiet place despite convenient closeness to Warsaw's main street and all kinds of public transportation (metro, trams, buses, all within 1-3 minutes walk from the room).
There is fast internet in the building with no extra charge.
Our building is located in one of the best and safest Warsaw’s locations. Upper Mokotów is a green and prestigious part of Warsaw excellently communicated, just minutes drive to center.
Location: Warsaw Mokotów, near Metro Wilanowska and Puławska street, close to Galeria Mokotów, and Mordor. Only 3 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk to tram stop in Puławska, 9 minutes with Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (so called Mordor) and to Galeria Mokotów. Easy communication with public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well communicated with schools and universities for instance to Vistula, SGH, WUT, SGGW, Lazarski, Warsaw University and others. There are several parks nearby with weekly events like Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) each Sunday between Spring and Autumn.

No smoking allowed in the building, no pets are allowed. Our guests are asked to respect others' right to peace and quiet at home. We all love parties but we all party outside (as Warsaw has so much to offer) and come back to rest here. This is a quiet and peaceful place which is appreciated by our tenants.
