What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Room with terrace in a four-room girls-only flat near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw (the flat may accommodate maximum five girls as one of the rooms has two beds). The flat is clean and well maintained. All rooms are lockable. Kitchen is equipped with basic equipment and utensils.
Top Warsaw's Location: Mokotów District, four minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, two minutes walk to tram stop in Puławska str., ten minutes by Metro to city center, walking distance to shopping mall Westfield Mokotow and to Mokotow office centre (wittily called Mordor). Easy access by public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Well connected with schools and universities, e.g, with Vistula, SGH, WUT, walking distance to Lazarski University. There are several parks nearby with weekly events like foodies event Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) each Sunday just two minutes walk from us.
Property is surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest. Everything you need within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, gyms. Like in any shared flat it is important that all tenants participate in maintaining cleanliness in the flat, and do not make noise here.

This is a great shared room rental option in the vibrant Ksawerów neighborhood, Warsaw. The apartment is nicely furnished and features an equipped kitchen. This room is available exclusively for females, and it's open to students and professionals. Please note that couples are not allowed. WiFi is conveniently included in the rental agreement, ensuring easy online access for you. You will also need to coordinate with the landlord for fixed charges on utilities. What we liked the most
Location: conveniently close to the city center (only 9 minutes by subway), but also close to several parks and various nice happenings, such as the Breakfast Market (breakfast market) every Sunday just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Staying here, you can enjoy convenient transportation and proximity to the center, but you can still relax in the peace and quiet of this prestigious part of Upper Mokotow.
Things to keep in mind
The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Our guests are mainly international students who appreciate the excellent location, the standard of the place and the warm atmosphere. We speak fluent English and good German, which helps in communication.

If you and brush or a vacuum cleaner are not on a friendly terms, maybe this is not the best offer for you 😊. Only our tenants sleep here so no sleep-overs of non-tenants are accepted.
2) All our buildings are clean, quiet and peaceful places, no parties or making noise is allowed here. Warsaw offers a lot of places where you can meet with friends.
3) We offer places where you can come home and enjoy your rest here in good atmosphere. All our accommodations are safe, monitored, quiet and peaceful places. We invite in particular these young people who declare to comply with the above rules, who like clean and quiet space and who are willing to contribute to maintaining it this way.
