Well connected with universities, e.g. Lazarski Uni within walking distance. Each room is sunny, lockable and equipped with single bed , wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, and chair.

If you and brush or a vacuum cleaner are not on a friendly terms, maybe this is not the best offer for you 😊. Only our tenants sleep here so no sleep-overs of non-tenants are accepted.
2) All our buildings are clean, quiet and peaceful places, no parties or making noise is allowed here. Warsaw offers a lot of places where you can meet with friends.
3) We offer places where you can come home and enjoy your rest here in good atmosphere. All our accommodations are safe, monitored, quiet and peaceful places. We invite in particular these young people who declare to comply with the above rules, who like clean and quiet space and who are willing to contribute to maintaining it this way.
