Room for a girl in girls-only flat, fully furnished and nicely decorated room with a garden view near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw. Prime location: prestigious Warsaw Upper Mokotów, near Metro Wilanowska and Pulawska street, close to Westfield Mokotów shopping mall. Only four minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, one minute walk to tram stop in Puławska, ten minutes by Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (so called Mordor). Easy access with public transport to all parts of Warsaw.
Apartment consists of four rooms (one of the rooms has two beds, so maximum five girls live in that flat). Our guests are mostly international students /young professionals who appreciate excellent location, standard of this place, cleanliness and warmness.
Our tenants may use a huge bathroom with a laundry machine, drying racks, bidet (girls love it!), shower, and shelves + there is additional shower room + additional toilet room. Kitchen is modern and fully furnished: oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, plates etc. Each room is sunny, has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with real bed , big wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair.
Please note that as in any shared flat maintaining cleanliness and general culture are important here.

Apartment building is located in a quiet street, surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest or study. Everything you need within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, 2 well equipped gyms, bike paths, cinema, shopping centers, several Biedronka shops, convenience grocery shops next building etc. Windows in the building are sound-proof which makes the building very quiet despite convenient proximity of main streets (Puławska street, Al. Niepodległości), Metro, trams, and buses.

What we liked the most
Regular cleaning of common areas is included in price with no extra cost for you, however please note that all tenants are expected to clean after each use of a kitchen or a bathroom and we invite the people who 1) like cleanliness and who are willing to contribute to maintaining flat clean and 2) who like quiet home allowing to rest or study in peace. There is fast internet (wi-fi) in the building available free of charge.

There is also a direct tram No 18 to Kozminski University, There are several parks nearby with summer weekly events like public picnic Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) each Sunday in the park just two minutes walk from the building where people enjoy delicious food from numerous foodtrucks .
