Apartment consists of 4 bedrooms (maximum 5 girls live there as one of the bedrooms has two beds). Our guests are mostly international students /professionals who appreciate excellent location, standard of this place, cleanliness and warmness. The apartment is well maintained, fully furnished and equipped. The tenants may use a huge bathroom with a laundry machine, standing drying racks, bidet (girls love it !!!), shower + there is additional shower available for the tenants and additional toilet. Kitchen is fully fitted, modern with all necessary appliances: oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, plates etc. Each room is bright and sunny, has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with real bed , big wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair. There is an extra door between rooms and kitchen to ensure your good sleep. Apartment is located on the upper ground floor with a lovely garden view from each rooms' windows. You will be living with friendly and easy going people - young students /professionals (20-30 y.o.) . Apartment building is located in a quiet street, surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest or study. Everything you need within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, 2 well equipped gyms, bike paths, cinema, shopping centers, several Biedronka shops, convenience grocery shops next building etc. Windows in the building are sound-proof which makes the building very quiet despite convenient proximity of main streets (Puławska street, Al. Niepodległości), Metro, trams, and buses. There is fast internet in the building available free of charge. Apart from single rooms we have several 2-bedroom apartments for rent in the same building so do not hesitate to ask if there is more than one or two people to accommodate.
