What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Fully furnished and nicely decorated room with a garden view near Metro Wilanowska in a girls-only flat. Apartment consists of 4 bedrooms (maximum 5 girls live there as one of the bedrooms has two beds). Our guests are mostly international students /professionals who appreciate excellent location, standard of this place, cleanliness and warmness. The apartment is well maintained, fully furnished and equipped. The tenants may use a huge bathroom with a laundry machine, standing drying racks, bidet (girls love it !!!), shower + there is additional shower available for the tenants and additional toilet. Kitchen is fully fitted, modern with all necessary appliances: oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, plates etc. Each room is bright and sunny, has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with real bed , big wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair. There is an extra door between rooms and kitchen to ensure your good sleep. Apartment is located on the upper ground floor with a lovely garden view from each rooms' windows. You will be living with friendly and easy going people - young students /professionals (20-30 y.o.) . Apartment building is located in a quiet street, surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest or study. Everything you need within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, 2 well equipped gyms, bike paths, cinema, shopping centers, several Biedronka shops, convenience grocery shops next building etc. Windows in the building are sound-proof which makes the building very quiet despite convenient proximity of main streets (Puławska street, Al. Niepodległości), Metro, trams, and buses. There is fast internet in the building available free of charge. Apart from single rooms we have several 2-bedroom apartments for rent in the same building so do not hesitate to ask if there is more than one or two people to accommodate.

Located in the charming neighborhood of Ksawerów, the apartment is near Centrum Europejskie Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego-Centrum Kształcenia Nauczycieli. Additionally, you'll find excellent dining options within walking distance, such as Viet Town, Luxi Beef Hotpot, and Pani Pierogowa, offering a variety of fantastic cuisines.
What we liked the most
Easy communication with public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well communicated with schools and universities for instance to Vistula, SGH, Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Lazarski University, SGGW, Warsaw University. There is also a direct tram No 18 to Kozminski University, There are several parks nearby with summer weekly events like public picnic Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) each Sunday in the park just two minutes walk from the building where people enjoy delicious food from numerous foodtrucks and meet friends

There is fast internet in the building available free of charge. Apart from single rooms we have several 2-bedroom apartments for rent in the same building so do not hesitate to ask if there is more than one or two people to accommodate.

1) As in case of all shared flats it is very important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness in the flat, this is monitored and executed in our properties. If you and brush or a vacuum cleaner are not on a friendly terms, maybe this is not the best offer for you 😊. Only our tenants sleep here so no sleep-overs of non-tenants are accepted.
2) All our buildings are clean, quiet and peaceful places, no parties or making noise is allowed here. Warsaw offers a lot of places where you can meet with friends.
3) We offer places where you can come home and enjoy your rest here in good atmosphere. All our accommodations are safe, monitored, quiet and peaceful places. We invite in particular these young people who declare to comply with the above rules, who like clean and quiet space and who are willing to contribute to maintaining it this way.
