Nicely decorated room near Metro Wilanowska subway station in Warsaw's Mokotów District. Only four minutes walk to Metro station,it takes ten minutes by metro to get to the center.
The apartment is quiet, well maintained, and clean. It consists of six single rooms, three bathrooms, kitchen with kitchen appliances, e.g., full size oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, plates etc. It is located on a lower ground floor in excellent and very safe neighborhood of this prestigious part of Warsaw. Its window faces a garden. Girls and boys live in this flat, all quiet and polite people. The building is surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can relax.
Each room is lockable and equipped with comfortable single bed , wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, and chair.
Please note all tenants are required to participate in maintaining cleanliness in the flat. Only tenants sleep in our building (no guests for night are accepted).
