Studio is equipped with a sofa bed, a table with chairs, coffee table, two big wardrobes, a kitchen equipped with a cooker, microwave, oven, fridge, and kitchen utensils, like plates, cuttlery, pots, frying pan etc. Paid parking in a garage and additional storage rooms are available. It takes twenty five minutes to get to the Warsaw's centre with a bus/tram but you live in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, close to park and a forest, places to ride a bike, skateboard, exercise outdoors in a calm area - with kind and polite neighbours in this all privately owned building. The building has an elevator, laundry room with laundry machines, parking for cars and bicycles. The price includes internet. Our tenants may spend time in the building's garden.
