Studio flat near Metro Wilanowska subway station in Warsaw, four minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, one min walk to bus/tram stop in Pulawska street, ten minutes to the centre by metro. Excellently connected by public transport with universities. Studio is located in a separate building with a private terrace on a private safe property, its roof is full of plants like in a fairytale . Cosy studio with kitchen annex equipped with basic kitchen utensils, bathroom, two big wardrobes. Peaceful place in a prestigious Mokotów district. Since it is in a separate building, you can exercise there singing or playing a guitar :). Very well connected with schools and universities for instance with Vistula, SGH, WUT, walking distance to Lazarski University. There are several parks nearby with summer weekly events like public picnic Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) each Sunday just two minutes walk from the building.
Property is surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest or study. Everything you need within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, well equipped gyms.
