What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Nicely decorated studio flat at ul. Koprzywiańska five in Warsaw. It takes twenty five minutes to get to Warsaw's centre by public transport. May be for one person or for a couple (there is one foldable sofa). Only hundred meters to tram terminus and bus stop , and five minutes walk to King Cross Praga Shopping Center, with many stores. Well maintained building. Studio is equipped with a sofa bed, a table with chairs, coffee table, two big wardrobes, a kitchen equipped with a cooker, microwave, oven, fridge, and all basic utensils, like plates, cuttlery, pots, frying pan etc. Paid parking in a garage and additional storage rooms are available. You can also park in the street free of charge. It takes only twenty five minutes to get to the Warsaw's centre with a bus or a tram but you live in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, close to a nature reserve forest, places to ride a bike, skateboard, exercise outdoors in a calm area. The building has an elevator, laundry room with laundry machines, parking for cars and bicycles. The price includes internet. Our tenants may spend time in the building's garden.

This furnished studio in Gocławek, Warsaw, is now available for rent. The property has an equipped kitchen, and smoking is permitted on the premises. Note that no pets are allowed, and bills for electricity, water, and WiFi are to be paid to the landlord as fixed amounts. Although not personally checked by Spotahome, all landlords go through a thorough vetting process.
Gocławek is a dynamic neighborhood in Warsaw. Nearby, you’ll find Piselli Pizzeria Napoletana and Viet-Tay restaurant within walking distance, along with Tomasztworzy serving flavorful dishes. Attractions such as the Black Cat Escape Room and Zielona Oaza Przy Cukrowniczej offer leisure activities in proximity. Biedronka market is perfect for daily shopping needs.
What we liked the most
Studio apartment in a newly built, privately owned, well maintained apartment building at ul. Koprzywiańska 5 (right next to the tram terminus at ul. Grochowska, Praga Południe, Gocław) . May be for 1 person or for a couple (there is one foldable sofa bed).
Equipped with a sofa bed, table with 2 chairs, coffee table, big wardrobe with glass door, kitchen equipped with the necessary appliances, cooker, microwave, fridge, and all necessary utensils, like plates, cutlery, a pot, a frying pan etc. It takes only 20 minutes to get to the Center with a bus or a tram but you live near a nature reserve, places to ride a bike, skateboard, exercise outdoors in a calm and quiet area - with kind and polite neighbors in this privately owned apartment building. Public transport in this place is amazing. You will be just 100 metres from a big trams and buses stop. Trams and buses come and go all the time to the centre and other parts of Warsaw.
Apartment located on a the first floor (one floor above the ground floor). The building has an elevator, laundry room with several laundry machines and standing clothes dryers, parking for cars and bicycles. The price includes internet, nice and friendly neighbors - young, kind people, just like you.
Universities - travel time: SWPS - 15 minutes University of Warsaw - 30 minutes Warsaw University of Technology - 28 minutes Kozminski University - 35 minutes SGGW - 36 minutes Vistula - 40 minutes Higher School of Management (Wyższa Szkoła Menedżerska at Kaweczynska str) - 25 minutes We have more accommodations for rent in this building and in another building in Warsaw so please don't hesitate to contact me if you have other preferences or more people to accommodate.

1) As in case of all shared flats it is very important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness in the flat, this is monitored and executed in our properties. If you and brush or a vacuum cleaner are not on a friendly terms, maybe this is not the best offer for you 😊. Only our tenants sleep here so no sleep-overs of non-tenants are accepted.
2) All our buildings are clean, quiet and peaceful places, no parties or making noise is allowed here. Warsaw offers a lot of places where you can meet with friends.
3) We offer places where you can come home and enjoy your rest here in good atmosphere. All our accommodations are safe, monitored, quiet and peaceful places. We invite in particular these young people who declare to comply with the above rules, who like clean and quiet space and who are willing to contribute to maintaining it this way.
