The building counts with shared common areas like a big reading area on the first floor and a terrace on the third floor. The apartment is rented out entirely for the use of the guests during their stay. The building is wheelchair accessible through ramps and elevator. There is no parking on the building but there is public parking around the building and a park-house 5 minutes (walking) away. No smoking in the building and no parties allowed, consider quiet hours between 22 and 7 am
