COSTS FOR ALL BEDSITS
Cleaning and laundry costs (we have a contract, changing the bed linen once or twice a month and cleaning the bathroom once a month (descaling and cleaning the shower =,and cleaning the kitchen - oven, dishwasher descaling the kettle and coffee machine)

cleaning - at the expense of the tenant we agree on the frequency and price at the time of the contract, on average it is up to 100 zł once - beyond the rent
Rent to WM 150 PLN per studio - already included in the price of the rent
Internet + TV approx. PLN 200 divided among 5 studios - included in the rent price
Water and sewage calculated according to consumption, charged in advance in the amount of 70 PLN per month settled after the end of the contract or quarterly (beyond the rent)
Security deposit of one month's rent
General cleaning fee of PLN 250 per flat taken from the deposit at the end of the contract.
