Room for rent next to the University of Zaragoza, in C/ Rincón de Huerva, very quiet area with many services.
Apartment of 55m completely renovated to brand new. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. It is a 1st floor and is very bright.
The rooms have a large closet, study table and chair, bed and bedside tables and comforter comforter.
The kitchen has all appliances: washing machine, oven, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster ....It is newly renovated with all luxury of details: parquet floors, white pvc windows, all new furniture, brand new.....
All expenses are included in the price: community, electricity, water, heating and internet.
Things to keep in mind
- Landlord charges extra 80€ of management fees as well as 40€ of liability civil insurance before check-in.
