Situado en una de las calles más céntricas y bien comunicadas, con todo tipo de comercio y hostelería. El piso muy grande con habitaciones de quince metros y dos baños. Todo nuevo (cocina, baños, mobiliario, colchones, salón, SmartTV, electrodomésticos,...). Puerta blindada y llave seguridad. Las habitaciones son grandes exteriores, muy tranquilas y con llave individual. Planta octava con gran luminosidad exterior. No permitido: fumar, fiestas y vehículos animales.
