Piso de TRES habitaciones que se alquilan individualmente.
¿Te gusta la playa? Si cruzas una calle estarás en el paseo marítimo (menos de UN minuto andando)
El Zapillo es la mejor zona para vivir si vienes a estudiar a la Universidad con autobús directo.
Se encuentra en una comunidad de vecinos muy tranquila, en una segunda planta con ascensor y con mucha luz gracias a su orientación Sur.
Todas las habitaciones cuentan con su escritorio, silla y flexo, además de un armario grande y ventilador de techo. IMPORTANTE, todas cuentan con cerradura y llave.
No le falta detalle.
Aún así, si necesitas algo más, yo me encargo :)
