All’interno troverete una camera con letto matrimoniale, un bagno, un ampio soggiorno con un comodo divano letto matrimoniale e una cucina ad isola completamente attrezzata.

PROPERTY COMPOSITION The apartment has been designed to make our guests' stay as comfortable as if they were at home, but with the convenience of a hotel. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building a few steps from Ancona station, in the multi-ethnic neighborhood of Piano di Ancona. Inside you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a fully equipped island kitchen.

CONDOMINIUM FEES The monthly price includes condominium expenses.

UTILITIES The monthly price includes utilities.

NB. After the booking is confirmed, you will be contacted directly by Spotahome's local partner managing the property. The admin fee, utilities, and condominium fees (if these are not included in the amount already paid on Spotahome) must be paid within 48 working hours from the confirmation of the request to the partner. The security deposit must be paid within 7 working days from the booking confirmation. You will also receive instructions on how to proceed with signing the contract.
