A sunny, stylish, 58 m² 1-bedroom apartment with AC is available to rent in Barcelona's Poble Nou area. This property is designed in an open plan layout, with a spacious, comfortable main room which serves as a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is a beautiful suite with its own wardrobe area and private bathroom equipped with a hydromassage shower. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people using the sofa-bed in the living room, and the additional bathroom.
The apartment is in a great position. Poble Nou is a lively neighbourhood full of restaurants and bars, situated relatively close to the centre of Barcelona. This area has its own Rambla, therefore tenants will never be bored here. To reach other parts of the city, tenants can walk for 4 minutes to Poble Nou metro station. The beach is also within walking distance. Just in front of the apartment is Can Felipa establishment which offers a large swimming pool, solarium, and a fully-equipped gym.
