This 48 m² studio apartment for rent offers a spacious luxury home perfect for a professionals couple. The studio has large windows that cover one whole wall, making sure that the apartment receives plenty of natural light. The studio, which is completely renovated, has a double bed and an open living room/kitchen area.

The apartment is in a great position: Poble Nou is a lively neighbourhood full of restaurants and bars, situated relatively close to the centre of Barcelona. This area has its own Rambla, so you will never get bored here. Poble Nou metro station and the beach are both within walking distance. Just in front of the apartment is the Can Felipa establishment, which offers a large swimming pool, solarium, and a fully-equipped gym.

What we liked the most

  • The studio is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, storage, shelving, a couch, a bar table with stools, and a flat-screen TV.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner electric stove, oven, mini refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher.
  • The washing machine can also be used as a dryer.
  • The bathroom is huge and completely remodelled​ with a luxury shower with extra shower jets.
  • The apartment has a tram stop, metro stop, and the beach within walking distance.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is equipped with a mini refrigerator that has a very small freezer.
