What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Bright and comfortable apartment with two bedrooms, one with double bed, and the other with twins. A complete bathroom and a separate toilet. The living room is spacious with a small balcony, a kitchen, and a dining table. The charges (water, electricity, internet..) aren't included in the rental price, to cover them a monthly prepayment of two hundred euros is to be made The final cleaning fee is ninety euros. The damage deposit is equivalent to two month's rent.
