Spotahome's opinion

This is a stunning studio apartment for rent in the heart of historical Barcelona. Studio my name but not nature, this is a large property with character and a few tricks up its sleeves.

The apartment opens into a huge living area, with a double bed tucked away and a large sofa, coffee table, TV and dresser, plus extra chairs. The en-suite bathroom is located right next to the bed, with a modern shower cubicle, a sink and mirror, and lovely tiling to complete the look.

The kitchen is a bright space with a microwave oven, electric stove and plenty of storage space.

But the real highlight of the property is a stunning exterior terrace. Hidden from view by a thatched fence, the terrace is fully furnished with a sun lounger, small table and chair, and is a real sun trap for beautiful Barcelona summers.

Barri Gòtic is a fantastic neighbourhood for lovers of the beach, and history. The architecture round here is amazing and you will have your pick of a number of classy bars to enjoy the evenings.
