This new and luxurious furnished and equipped apartment is located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, just one street away from the seafront and the Port of Barcelona, next to the Basílica de la Mercè. It is located in a recently fully refurbished historical building. It consists of a spacious living room, an open kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sunny balcony. There is a large wardrobe and a small work station with chair and desk. Bills of water and electricity are included up to 150 eur per month. Weekly cleaning is optional and costs 150 eur per month
