It is located in a recently fully refurbished historical building. It consists of a spacious living room, an open kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sunny balcony. There is a large wardrobe and a small work station with chair and desk. Bills of water and electricity are included up to 150 eur per month. Weekly cleaning is optional and costs 150 eur per month

NB. After the booking is confirmed, you will be contacted directly by Spotahome's local partner managing the property. They will request payment of the security deposit and the first month's utilities (if these are not included in the rent paid on Spotahome). You will also receive instructions on how to proceed with signing the contract.
