This property is available exclusively for temporary stays for holiday, leisure, recreational and vacation purposes. The minimum stay is 32 nights. The apartment is not offered as a primary or permanent residence and may only be rented by guests wishing to enjoy Barcelona for a limited period of time.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before the keys are handed over and to pay a refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent upon arrival. Please take these conditions into consideration before submitting your booking request.
