What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

3 bedroom apartment , with 2 large bedrooms and 1 single room , open plan leaving room/ kitchen. It is fully furnished and equipped for maximum comfort stay including dishwasher, washing maching, all kitchen wear etc. It is located in the authentic area of Sants and has many services just around the apartment like public transport, supermarkets, shops, take away food, etc.

This stylish 3-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Carrer de Torns in Barcelona. This is a comfortable and well-furnished apartment with stylish black furniture in the living room. The living room leads into a small kitchenette which is well-equipped. Down the hall, you can access the 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is fairly small and has a single bed and large wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is much bigger with a large window letting in plenty of natural light and a nice double bed. The last bedroom also has a double bed and is well lit. There is one shared bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The area here is well accommodated and has plenty of shopping, bars and restaurants. This is a great location as it is further from the centre city but is a short and easy commute in. There are schools nearby for families with children and also a public library.

What we liked the most

  • If you are an FC Barcelona fan you'll be happy to know that this is very close to Camp Nou!
  • There are 2 public libraries within walking distance if you are a student or just like reading a good book!
  • Both double bedrooms have desks which are great for students or people who need to work at home.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook.
  • There are a few museums a short walk from your front door! A great activity on the days you aren't working.

Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
  • There is no AC in this apartment which could be difficult in summer, a portable AC unit or fan may need to be purchased.
