Recently decorated with taste and in a modern as well as cozy style, these comfortable 29m2 apartments have a double bedroom, a bathroom and a small balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. They are equipped with air conditioning and split heating, Free WiFi and everything you could possibly need (appliances and household items) to enjoy it from day one.
The open kitchen is fully equipped to make the most of the markets in the Gracia neighborhood. It offers a fridge, kitchen with oven, microwave and kettle, as well as other appliances. The bedroom has a large double bed and a closet. In the living room area, you can relax on the comfortable sofa while watching television on your Smart TV.
In addition, the area is very well connected with two metro stops that will take you to any corner of the city.
