In the heart of the Gracia neighborhood, one of the most charming and  charismatic  neighborhoods, we find a building that offers comfortable and practical apartments, fully equipped and decorated in a modern as well as functional style.

Spacious, well lit and recently decorated, this 29m2 apartment will be the perfect option to fully enjoy your stay. Distributed over two floors, the apartment is located on the top floor of the building, and offers a large furnished terrace, where you can spend most of your time, either relaxing in the sun or enjoying a dinner under the stars. This apartment is equipped with split air conditioning and heating, free WiFi and everything you need to enjoy it from day one.

On the first floor we find the open kitchen, which is fully equipped to make the most of the markets in the Gracia neighborhood. It has a fridge, kitchen with oven, microwave and kettle, as well as other appliances. The bedroom has a large double bed and a wardrobe. In the living room area, you can relax on the comfortable sofa watching television on your Smart TV

In addition, on the second floor you will find a well lit study area, thanks to its large windows, as well as an area with a sofa and armchairs where you can relax after a busy day. On the same floor, we find the terrace that you will no doubt enjoy all year round.

Furthemore, the area is very well connected with two metro stops that will take you to any corner of the city.
