You will love the feel of this sunny and sophisticated home, with beautiful parquet floors, modern furniture and exquisite decorations throughout. This spacious apartment has two floors, with the kitchen, living area, a bathroom and two bedrooms downstairs, and one ensuite bathroom with a huge balcony upstairs. It is located on Ciutat Balaguer street, in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, one of the wealthiest areas in Barcelona. This attractive neighborhood has plenty of entertainment offers, with many of the best bars, restaurants and nightclubs located within the area. If you prefer a quieter lifestyle, there are also many green spaces, cafes and shops to be discovered. With everything you can possibly need within your doorstep, you can see why this is one of the most popular neighborhoods in town!

What we liked the most

  • The highlight of this home is bedroom 1. This stunning room is huge and very sunny, and has access to its own private terrace and an ensuite bathroom.
  • There is another balcony on the first floor which can be accessed from bedrooms 2 and 3 and the living area.
  • The living area is very cozy and welcoming, equipped with a comfy sofa where you can sit back and relax in front of the TV, and a dining table with four chairs.
  • There are three desks with chairs available throughout the apartment, perfect for those studying or working from home.
  • The kitchen is decorated using stainless steel, creating a clean and contemporary look.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 3 is equipped with a single bed with another roll out bed underneath. It does not have a wardrobe, but there is storage space in the hallway which can be used by this room.
