The apartment, that can fit up to 4 people, is fully furnished, consisting of a spacious living area with an open plan kitchen and a balcony, a bathroom and two bedrooms, equipped with AC units. The exterior apartment is conveniently located close to a metro station, providing easy access to the beach as well as the city centre. The area of the apartment is 70m2.
