Situated in El Raval, this elegant 2-bedroom, 70m2 apartment with a balcony can fit up to 4 people and is is perfect for those who like to live in style. Located on Carrer del Hospital, this property is just an 8 minute walk from the famous Las Ramblas and 5 minutes from Sant Antoni, the nearest metro station. Recently renovated, this flat boasts a balcony that looks out onto the lively street below. The combined living room and kitchen area is very spacious with an L-shaped sofa, historic wooden beams and access to the balcony. Both bedrooms are very bright and comfortable, with windows that let in natural sunlight. The shared bathroom features a window, a clean shower and a large storage cabinet placed below the sink. The property is in the heart of the Ciutat Vella and is therefore surrounded by ancient buildings and picturesque scenery.
