This is an excellent area of the city in which to live; close to the central and historic areas of El Raval and Barrí Gòtic, and just a short walk from the harbour, where you'll find the main business district. From the nearby Paral·lel Metro station, Universitat de Barcelona is just 2 stops away, and to get to know the city from above, just head up the nearby Montjuïc. It'll take about 5-minutes to get to the top from the apartment (depending from your fitness level), and there are amazing views of the city from there.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been recently redecorated and is painted in a bold, welcoming blue.
  • All of the rooms are single occupancy only, so you won't have to worry about sharing the bathroom or kitchen with too many people.
  • Some of the best tapas bars in Barcelona are just around the corner.
  • Carrer de Blai, just around the corner, is like a mini rambla - this long narrow street is packed with terrazas where you can enjoy great food and drink in the sun.

  • Rooms with couples allowed: €100 supplement per month
  • Variable rent:
    • Stays of 1–3 months: €50 added to the monthly rent (this cost does not apply for June, July and August!)
  • Admin fee (to be paid upon arrival):
    • Rooms with a single bed: €150
    • Rooms with a double bed: €225
  • Admin fee includes:
    • Legal contract.
    • Guided Check-in tour.
    • Possibility of extending the contract.

  • Check-in/out info:
    • You must contact the landlord at least 30 minutes before arrival
    • Check-in/out hours: 12:00 - 17:00 (at the landlord's office)

    • 10:00 - 12:00 (subject to availability)
    • 17:00 - 21:00: €30 (at the apartment)
    • After 21:00: upon request - a higher fee will apply

  • Paral·lel Metro station is a 5-minute walk away, and is on lines 2 and 3.
  • At Paral·lel, you can also find the funicular that will bring you to the top of Montjuïc.
