This is a cozy room available in a shared 4-bedroom apartment located in the el Poble Sec area of Barcelona. The apartment comes furnished and features an equipped kitchen as well as an elevator in the building. Please note, couples are not allowed, but it is open for students and professionals alike. Currently, the apartment has not been personally verified by Spotahome. However, all our landlords go through a complete vetting process to ensure reliability and compliance.
The apartment resides in the lively el Poble Sec neighborhood, with various attractions and essential facilities nearby. The Placa Conmemorativa A Mistral and Placa De Rius I Taulet tourist locations are within walking distance. Booking Conditions:
- Age requirement: Only guests aged 20 to 40 years are eligible to book.
- Booking name: The reservation must be made under the same name as the guest staying in the room.
- Occupancy limit: 1 person per room (no exceptions).
Payment & Deposit:
- The security deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation.
- Payment method: Bank transfer only.
- Additional fees:
- A 3% service fee needs to be added to the deposit total for payment processing
- €20 fee applies for non-EU bank transfers.
